How do I become a costumer?

Medic24 sells products through wholesalers. You will find information about our wholesalers under «About us».

I could not find the product I was looking for.

You are welcome to send an e-mail or call costumer service requesting the product you are looking for.

How do I get a login for the website?

Send a request for a new user, you can sign up under “My account”.

How can I return goods?

All returns must be agreed with Medic24. If you have not purchased the product directly from us, please contact your dealer first.

The product needs service/reparation, what do I do?

Contact costumer service for an agreement for service/reparation. If you have not purchased the product directly from Medic24, please contact your dealer for procedures around this. All products submitted to us must be sent with error description and contact information.

Does the product have warranty?

Medic24 have 1 year warranty on all Readers, and 2 years warranty on Scales. We record the serial numbers of all our Readers and Scales, and can be of assistance in finding out if your product is within the warranty period.

What is covered by warranty?

Error considered as a result of manufacturing defects is covered by warranty. User error and / or careless handling of products not covered by warranty.

What is the delivery time?

Mostly all items are in stock and delivered within 1-3 business days. Goods that are not stock items are usually delivered within 2 weeks.

How do I become a supplier?

Medic24 is always interested in innovative products in the medical field. You are welcome to contact costumer service or our bioengineers to present your products.
